What is eSIM and how does it work?
eSIM (Embedded SIM) is an electronic SIM integrated into your device. Unlike traditional physical SIMs, you don't need to insert or remove a SIM card. To use it, simply scan the QR code we send via email to download and activate the network profile.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Most recent premium phones support eSIM (iPhone XR/XS and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, Google Pixel 3 and later...). Please check the supported devices list on our "Guide" page.
How and when do I receive the QR code?
The eSIM QR code will be automatically sent to your registered email address right after successful payment (usually within 1-5 minutes).
Can I keep my WhatsApp/Zalo number?
Yes! Our eSIM only provides mobile data. You keep your main SIM in the phone for calls/SMS and use OTT apps like Zalo, WhatsApp, Messenger.
Should I install the eSIM in Vietnam or abroad?
You can scan and install the eSIM in Vietnam (WiFi connection required). The eSIM will only start counting usage time when it connects to the mobile network in the destination country. We recommend installing 1 day before departure.
Does my iPhone / Samsung support eSIM?
iPhone XR/XS and newer (2018+), Samsung Galaxy S20+ and newer, Google Pixel 3+ and most high-end Android phones from 2019+ support eSIM. Check the full list and test your device on our Compatibility page.
How do I receive the eSIM after purchase?
