Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. Below is eSIM Duhy's refund policy.

1. Refund Conditions

You can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if the eSIM has not been activated (QR code not scanned). After the eSIM has been activated, we cannot process refunds.

2. Refund Process

  • Send an email to support@duhy.vn with the subject 'Refund Request'
  • Provide your order number and reason for refund
  • We will confirm within 24 hours
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days

3. Cases Eligible for 100% Refund

  • eSIM does not work due to technical error from eSIM Duhy
  • eSIM package does not match product description
  • QR code is corrupted or cannot be scanned

4. Non-refundable Cases

  • eSIM has been activated (QR code scanned)
  • Device does not support eSIM
  • Refund request period expired (after 24 hours)
  • Data allowance fully consumed
