We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. Below is eSIM Duhy's refund policy.
1. Refund Conditions
You can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if the eSIM has not been activated (QR code not scanned). After the eSIM has been activated, we cannot process refunds.
2. Refund Process
- Send an email to support@duhy.vn with the subject 'Refund Request'
- Provide your order number and reason for refund
- We will confirm within 24 hours
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
3. Cases Eligible for 100% Refund
- eSIM does not work due to technical error from eSIM Duhy
- eSIM package does not match product description
- QR code is corrupted or cannot be scanned
4. Non-refundable Cases
- eSIM has been activated (QR code scanned)
- Device does not support eSIM
- Refund request period expired (after 24 hours)
- Data allowance fully consumed
