2. Products and Services
eSIM Duhy provides international mobile data packages in eSIM format. Each package has specific validity, data capacity, and country coverage clearly stated on the product page. Validity starts from the first activation.
3. Ordering and Payment
Prices are displayed in VND and include tax. We support payment via VNPay and bank transfer. After successful payment, the QR code will be sent to your registered email.
4. Service Usage
Customers are responsible for ensuring their device supports eSIM before purchase. eSIM Duhy is not responsible if your device is incompatible. Each QR code can only be scanned once.
5. Limitation of Liability
eSIM Duhy is not responsible for network quality in the destination country as it depends on local carriers. Speed and coverage may vary by area and time of use.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content including logos, images, text, and source code are owned by eSIM Duhy. Copying or using without written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Changes to Terms
eSIM Duhy reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the service means you accept the new terms.
